About
As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I leverage my 6+ years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) to help various teams implement and optimize the use of Lean and Agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum. I also mentor junior Scrum Masters, provide project management support to technical leads, and introduce advanced metrics to leadership.
My mission is to help projects deliver continuous value, drive innovation, and improve collaboration. I have successfully led Agile transformations, scaling, and coaching for multiple organizations, including a legal software company and a financial institution. Also, I have a background in project management, business analysis, and development, with skills in C#, SQL, PowerShell, and VB.net. I graduated from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) with a Computer Systems diploma.
