As a newly certified Scrum Master (CSM), I bring a wealth of experience in launching retail products and services. I have a track record of successfully handling various aspects of production, Go-to-Market strategy, distribution, supply chain, sell-in and sell-out, marketing, sales, and customer service. I constantly seek to improve my skills, including learning about CRM & CSM tools and staying up-to-date with Salesforce developments. In my free time, I pursue my passion for flying drones and hold a commercial FAA 107 license. I believe in balancing work and play while never losing my thirst for knowledge and new experiences.
