•Elena Aminova is a trusted Leader, an Enterprise Agile Coach and a Strategic Transformation Manager  within Technology Group (TG) at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, capable of effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching within the organizations she coaches and beyond.

•Elena holds an MBA in Technology Management and is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) , Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC) and an Organizational System Relationship Coach (ORSC) and has been practicing Scrum since 2011. 

•Expert at enabling the adoption of Agile values and principles, gaining trust, building relationships and fostering self-organization within teams she leads. Capable of bringing overwhelming enthusiasm and awareness to teams and organizational structures, applying expert judgment to the removal of impediments, keeping teams focused and delivering success in rapidly evolving and dynamic environments.
