I am a person who loves to learn new things, takes on difficult situations and builds relationships to achieve a common goal. The value of relationships to me is one of the most important factors to a successful outcome of whatever goal you may be in the process of achieving. Ensuring everyone understands, strives for the same vision only happens with an engaged and empowered team. I find that allowing people to do their best work often results in even higher performance than if you set the bar for them. People can achieve great things with the right encouragement and opportunity once they have the ability to see it. I believe the glass is a beautiful glass not matter how much is in it. What is most important is to use what is in the glass to achieve your goals.

Some of my greatest learning moments have come from working with young people, where I was supposed to be doing the teaching. I highly value my time working with young people and feel there is great significance not only to the community but also professionally in mentoring the next generation to achieve their goals.
