Developed the strategic direction for the accountant sales channel, and then led the sales campaigns and promotions in support of that strategy. Redesigned the client-facing website achieving in a significant improvement in content and navigation resulting in doubling client and prospect visits. Spearheaded a client advisory program in major U.S. metropolitan areas that provided critical input to the strategic direction for both the sales and service organizations. Developed new, more creative promotional campaigns and collateral materials that resulted in greater influence with both the sales organization and the clients they served.
