Daniel Nielsen is best described as an agile evangelist with a passion for helping people, teams and products succeed. He is currently employed at KMD in the Agile Excellence group, where he is guiding existing business units towards an agile process. A key metric in Daniels work is that nothing about the process should be dictated. A guiding hand is often all that is needed to ensure the team finds its own path. Daniel values a deep understanding of the challenges a business unit has to face and highly values stakeholder input.
