Summary:
Agile lead responsible for Release and Iterative project planning to support the execution and release of all the high priority projects. Also have been responsible for managing, directing, and coaching teams of agile teams consisting of developers, designers, information architects, front end design technologists, and product managers. Responsible for ensuring all release dates are kept and best practices and processes are adhered to. Facilitator for retrospectives and the go to man for continuous improvement based on feedback and productivity metrics. Also responsible for coordinating all code releases, whether scheduled or ad hoc.
