David Easterling

I run a software development group with offices in Louisville, KY  and San Jose, Costa Rica.  We are dedicated to providing expert software development in a Scrum environment.  We focus on Microsoft development tools and our guys are trained in the Scrum methodology, so they can work as a separate team or as part of a distributed team for our clients in the U.S.  Our CR team is in the Central Time Zone, so communication is easy and subject matter expertise comes quickly.
