Danielle Creswick

I'm a storyteller with a non-traditional background that has helped me adapt and add value across a swath of industries, and companies (from startups to 170,00+ employees). Fundamentally, I believe in connecting people to the real-world implications of work to be done. That connection has helped drive successful products and initiatives at the Department of Laboratory Medicine in Rochester, MN, at Best Buy in their analytics and mobile platforms, and with many other teams and organizations. 

Over the last four years, I've been consulting with organizations to drive both Agile transformations and product-centric thinking. From team member to ScrumMaster to Product Owner, I've had the opportunity to play in each role of the Scrum Team, and learn firsthand what works/inspires/motivates - and what doesn't.

In 2016, I began another tremendous adventure with the birth of my first child, William. When I'm not working, William is teaching me to view and experience the world with new eyes.
