In a word, Davor’s professional work is about transformation. He has found that he is wired to help people and complex systems. As an organizational change coach and consultant for 20 plus years, he had worked with Top DAX-100 companies, small businesses and non-profits. For 5 years he has specialized in large-scale Agile transformation using Scrum-of-Scrum, SAFe, LeSS and Nexus, working with numerous organizations, leaders, and scores of teams. Prior to agile, Davor had more than thirty years experience in software and systems engineering and 30years of expertise leading large distributed project teams and international groups of project managers. Davor was responsible for a large transition and transformation/change management program at SAP and Commerzbank. Since 2016, he has helped Deutsche Bank in its Agile Transformation.
