Biography
Christina Walker - I am a current holder of PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM and CSP Certifications. I have actively worked on projects that span from the construction world to software development. Of the various positions, the ultimate reward was uncovering the fact that regardless of the project, a knowledgeable Project Manager/Scrum Master is more than capable of effective management while achieving project success. I have also been blessed with the opportunity to share my knowledge as I have been offered and have held the position of trainer for both PMP and PMI-ACP credentialed courses. There is nothing better than sharing ideal and real life situations with those who are equally eager to learn.

I am a current Scrum Master on a taxes based project. Previous experience prior to being placed on one project spanned Scrum Master duties on upwards of five different projects at one time. This is highly discouraged in Scrum and after much personal experience, is highly discouraged by myself. The old adage is true, "it is easy to be good when stretched across several projects, yet a Scrum Master is only afforded the opportunity to be great when focus can centered on one". I am experiencing this greatness.
