I am a dynamic and driven enterprise transformation coach and trainer, and I leverage my 30+ years of multi-disciplinary experience to guide individuals, teams and enterprises clients and teams in the adoption and practice of agile/lean tools and techniques for product development and management.
Tapping my broad experience across the technology spectrum, I am equally at home with all digital product development practitioners, including software development, UX/UI design, testing, technology/operations and product owners. In fact, I’m an experienced coach and trainer for technical and non-technical teams and practitioners alike. My keen observational skills, teaching experience, and practical coaching style have made me successful coaching both new teams in lean/agile practices and in guiding experienced teams toward performance gains. My goal is establishing trust and building winning, high performance teams. My passion for Agile/Lean is infectious, and my confident and direct communication style breeds an atmosphere of transparency and clear understanding.
I have experience in a number of industry verticals, including Education, Retail / E-Commerce, Beverage, Hospitality, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Telecommunications, Entertainment and Media. My certifications include: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM); I’m also studying toward the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
