David Kollm

I am currently working with clients and account teams on implementing agile best practices, team formation, governance, and waterfall to agile transformations.

I am an experienced agile practitioner having worked  with  multiple teams and clients as the Scrum Master, Metrics Manager, and Process Improvement Lead and Delivery Lead.  I am a long-time PMP and first became interested in Scrum after obtaining my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and wanted to apply these principles to software development.

I am currently working on advancing agile concepts and adoption using both Lean and Kanban principles .

I hold an MBA from Clemson University in Marketing and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
