Brian McQueen.
As a scrum master at Group 1001, LLC, I work to serve our clients on various projects utilizing the Scrum framework and other agile methods. Some of the agile benefits I continually witness include being in sync with the business, quicker delivery and constant feedback.
Previously I worked for a Vermont based software development company immersed in waterfall. My challenge was to bring web development to the 40 year-old, mainframe based company. I was fortunate to be able to build my team and quickly move toward agile practices utilizing Scrum and Kanban. My main role was product owner for a program of web based applications. I also served as a coach to my company working with development teams, product owners and stakeholders.
I also worked at a consulting firm for 10 years bringing Agile best practices for the client to fruition.
