My name is Attila Nyeste and have been working in agile environment for almost 8 years. Started as a software developer and after few years (5+) I moved onto scrum master / agile coach / development manager roles as I found more pleasure and challenge in transforming workgroups into self-organizing, performing teams that deliver working software continuously. In addition to that, I often find myself assisting C level leaders (CTO, COO) in adopting agile (best) practices as well as consolidating their processes, be it project organization or product portfolio management. Over the past years I have gained experience in:
- Aiding teams in becoming more effective at delivering using Scrum, XP, Continuous Delivery and Deployment
- Coaching teams to reach performing stage (see Tuckman's stages of team development)
- Adopting lean portfolio management and delivery processes in organisations using SAFe
- Bridging gap between business and development through closer collaboration
- Both project and product based software development
