As the CEO of Project Brilliant, Aaron is well known for his engaging and interactive workshops that simplify complicated business and leadership topics through creative live-drawn visuals, memorable stories, and witty humor. He is the author of “Unlocking Momentum”, reaching Amazon #1 Best Seller status in 6 Business and IT categories. He is a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), the Forbes Business Council (FBC), and is one of only ~20 people in the world to achieve the top four Agile industry certifications from the Scrum Alliance.
Aaron's training style is to create an immersive interactive experience where students can learn by doing, making the training more impactful and long-lasting as well. Aaron is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) and Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC®), earned his BA from Wartburg College (Business & CIS), an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, has visited more than 60 countries, rocked out at 45 Pearl Jam concerts, and lives in Carmel, IN with his amazing wife and their two teenagers.
At Project Brilliant he has built an experienced team of Agile trainers, coaches and consultants who work with Fortune 1000 clients to train and coach organizations through the cultural changes of true Agile transformation.
