Biography
A Senior Product Manager and Agile Coach by profession with an Engineering background in Computer Science and MBA (International Business – eCommerce). Expertise in Business design and modeling, developing solutions for SMEs and leveraging their E-Business Strategies. Worked in domains like Education, ERP, E-business, Social Media, Airlines and E-Commerce.
Experience in business analysis, acquisition, RFP analysis, product management and implementation, started off as a Trainee in Business Analysis in ERP, Dubai and E-business initiatives focussed on the SME sector and moved forward to become a Business Analyst. Was also involved in strategizing and designing mobile business solutions for SME in my first organization, where I travelled to Dubai and Oman for project implementations. I have experience in handling customers in Japan & Europe, and have had chances to be in Italy and the US in capacity of a Business Analyst. I have worked with delegates around the globe.
