With over 15 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader who thrives on developing new channels and products that delight customers and drive business growth. I am currently the New Channels Manager at Cacau Show, the largest chocolate brand in Latin America, where I oversee the strategy, implementation, and management of the digital sales channels.
I have also led and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams and partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and commercial strategies that leverage performance media, social media, SEO, SEM, and brand management. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and collaborate with other professionals who share my vision of creating value and impact through digital innovation.
As a certified Scrum Product Owner and ScrumMaster, I have a strong background in agile methodologies, product development, and project management. I have successfully launched and managed more than 15 e-commerce digital products, including logistics operations and platform unification, across different industries and markets.
