Akihito Enomoto, Working at Odd-e as Agile Coach.
Helping Scrum community to spread the idea of Scrum and help people who wants to adopt scrum practices. I started my career as developer at startup and as the company grows, I was asked to manage the development team, but it was chaos at the time, so I searched framework or practice that would support the development team. As a result, I found Scrum and felt this will lead to my ideal team. From there, I started learn about Scrum and adopting it to the organization. It went very well and I started to wish to spread this idea.
