Worked with other Team Leaders within my department to promote Agile methodologies within McKesson Medical-Surgical division, providing demonstrations to leadership and providing guideance and support to existing and new scrum team members.

Have led teams using Scrum and Kanban within multiple companies over the years, and am passionate about team collaboration and the value and adaptability that iterative delivery brings to the table!
