I am a management consultant, agile enthusiast ,coach and an expert in leading and transforming teams through the transition from traditional methodologies to agile practices. I enjoy travelling to consult teams and volunteers to guide them on strategies to create and develop high performing, self-organized teams equipped to deliver quality results at a sustainable pace. I started my career as a Sales Manager and later moved to hold various roles including Business Process Analyst, Technical Lead, Team Lead, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Process and ITSM Consultant, Trainer. and Agile Coach , I have coached and taught Scrum to various teams .Other certifications that I have earned include PMI-PMP, CSM, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, MCSE, Prince 2,ITIL Intermediate, Internal Auditor ISO 9001-2008. Some of the key accomplishments in my journey as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach. • Worked as Scrum Master for number of agile teams. Helped agile teams in their journey of self-sufficiency. Also coached teams in their Agile journey. • Led agile transformation for an offshore outsourcing center. The team was based in Gurgaon and Bangalore. Helped the team adopt agile scrum and managed to get the typical release cycle down to 3 months. • Expert in Project Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Effort Estimations using Story Point Estimations, Functional Point Estimation Techniques. • I keep track of Sprint Backlog, Release backlog, Product Backlog, Work In Progress, Team’s Sprint and Release Velocity using Burn Down Charts.
