As an enterprise Agile coach I work closely with organisations to enable Agile transformations. My focus is on creating engaged, empowered and collaborative teams delivering superior products for their customers. By utilising best practice in a pragmatic way I work to support stakeholders with planning, governance, metrics and the application of Agile.

I have a proven record of creating and developing first class teams and delivering highly successful projects. I collaborate to develop strong leadership, vision and technical direction along with fostering enduring and productive relationships with stakeholders and customers.

I have extensive experience of Agile with co-engineering teams containing software, firmware, hardware and integration plus at a higher level with quality assurance, HR, finance, legal, bids and project/product management, functional management and higher organisational groups.

I provide Agile leadership, training, coaching, subject matter expertise, mentoring and support from individual teams to enterprise level transformation. I have worked during the past fifteen years in a range of Agile development roles including those of developer, scrum master, product owner, trainer, coach, mentor and consultant.
