As Development Director at GSN I was responsible for leading and managing the development efforts and budgets of the Games, Web and Platform teams in a high performance Agile SCRUM environment with two direct and sixteen indirect reports. I built and was SCRUM master on the Platform Project. I was also in charge of the Agile SCRUM Web and Games teams.
