Nageshwara Rao Chitta. 

I have over 12 years of Software Projects experience. Primarily worked in heath care or pharma domains. I got introduced to Agile and Scrum world in 2008 and started working as a team player in scrum methodology. I fell in love with self managed teams and pull systems in Agile. I believe that organisations using Agile Project Management principles to run projects with team having true agile mindset allows to inspect, adapt and retrospect quickly and effectively to the complexity and uncertainty that characterize the business needs. I continued to work in scrum framework since then. I was a good team player of a scrum team for while and I started serving as a Scrum Master from 2012 for scrum teams.  Right now I am managing two distributed scrum teams as Scrum Master over a scaled agile framework using SAFe.
