Ken Schwaber instructed my CSM class at Capital One in December of 2004. Since then I've been a full time agile advocate, and part-time scrum master/full time testing manager until November 2012 when I moved to being a full time scrum master. I've primarily coached software delivery scrum teams until March of 2014 when I partnered with another scrum master to start up two new Kanban teams delivering infrastructure projects.

I earned my CSPO certification in September 2015 to compliment working in a dual role of Scrum Master and Product Owner. Since 2015 I've held roles including Release Train Engineer and Agile Coach.
