Darcy Keel

My name is Darcy Keel and I'm currently a UX designer at The Elf on the Shelf, where I not only utilize my artistic eye in creating dynamic graphics for our websites, email programs, and mobile games/application, but I also harness my neurotic need for organization in order to provide well documented, strategic project plans, user flows, and process diagrams— leaving no detail untouched!  I have an analytical approach to everything I design, while keeping in mind how we will achieve an elevated user experience with the available technology.  

I started out at a full-service design studio, handling all aspects of our client's needs. From complex website development to comprehensive print campaigns, I touched each and every piece associated with the client, allowing the creation of a unified brand experience. After several years on the client side, I decided to hone my skillset and went to work for a rapidly growing e-commerce web development company as their marketing designer. This position allowed me focus on a single brand's overall image and design for individual experiences within that larger umbrella. With duties ranging from web design and content management to social media design, as well as everything in between, I solidified my passion for elevating user experiences.
