Senior Consultant with 18 years experience within IT/Consultancy area. Current has worked with ERP, CRM and ITIL projects in the Nordic countries, in different roles as: Business Analyst, Project Manager, Application Consultant and Pre-sales.
The projects have been in different industries as Telecom, Utilities, Logistics, Automotive etc.
Responsibilities involved:
-Transforms client business needs into the requirements for customization and configuration
of the products
-Understanding of business processes and system functionality
-Provide technical content and leadership to the technical team
-Lead development effort of technical requirements
