Ryutaro YOSHIBA is the Founder and CTO of Attractor Inc., and works as an Agile coach, consultant, and trainer.

He specializes in coaching, consulting, and training in the areas of Agile development, Scrum, DevOps, product management, and organizational development. Before founding Attractor, he worked at companies including Nomura Research Institute and Amazon Web Services.

He is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®), Certified Team Coach® (CTC®), and holds multiple Scrum Alliance certifications. He is also a Microsoft MVP for Azure.

He is also an active author and translator, having contributed to more than 20 books on Agile, Scrum, product management, DevOps, and software engineering.
