Marc Bless started his career in 1984 as a software developer. As the founder of agilecoach.de, he brings over 20 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, leader, lateral thinker and questioner. His passion is the fast improvement of teams and organizations. He believes in quality as a success factor and strongly believes that quality is non-negotiable. As a coach, consultant and trainer for agile software development, he helps companies introduce agile development methods and implement agile values, principles and practices. In addition to applying agile methods in a regulated environment, he has been able to build up a lot of experience in other industries. He guides companies on all levels -- from top-level management to individual teams. Marc is a trained Solution-Focused Coach, Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) and Certified Team Coach (CTC), as well as a SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC).
