Energy, Caring and Fun. I bring these to every aspect of my work as a Certified Scrum Trainer, Coach and Facilitator. I’ve played many roles in the teams I have been part of; Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Leadership Coach, Product Owner, Practice Lead, Training Lead, Program Lead and Sales Lead.
Community contribution:
- Conference speaker and industry thought leader in Agile and Scrum, including Agile India (2018, 2019, 2020), Scrum Australia (2018, 2020), Agile Australia (2020), Global Scrum Gathering (2020) and more.
- Establishment of an annual community Agile conference in Australia, bringing together organisations to learn from each other and tell stories. Received multiple awards.
- Establishment of the first not for profit Agile community in Australia, connecting organisations to help each other learn and grow in Agile.
- Coaching and mentoring in not for profit organisations helping them run their business with agile and scrum.
- Developing career opportunities for people with disabilities in agile and scrum.
- Introduced new volunteering partnerships with community organisations. Leveraged these to provide project team members in volunteering days for team bonding and a sense of giving back to the community.
- Facilitated Team Management Systems personality and work preference sessions for many business areas and not for profits helping create high performance teams. Leveraged these techniques to quickly establish teamwork and culture on all projects I am involved in.
- Facilitated leadership coaching workshops on a regular basis for senior leaders to equip them with a coaching mindset and solution-based toolkit to help their team achieve purposeful positive change in their lives and improve business performance.
