Heitor Roriz Filho

I’m the CEO of Massimus, the first Scrum training school in Brazil, founded in 2007 to help people and organizations thrive through agility. Over the past 20 years, I’ve trained more than 25,000 professionals and delivered over 8,000 hours of Agile consulting to startups and Fortune 100 companies across Brazil, Europe, and the U.S.

Massimus has survived economic crises, market shifts, and a global pandemic—each challenge deepening my perspective on resilience, purpose, and reinvention. More recently, I co-founded two AI startups, serving as Chief Product Officer in one of them, where I explored how artificial intelligence can accelerate software understanding and decision-making. This journey reignited my passion for coding and innovation at the intersection of tech and agility.

I hold a Master’s in IT from the University of Stuttgart, and I’m a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt—because adaptability, grit, and lifelong learning matter both in business and on the mat.
