Sherman Gomberg, CST®, is the founder of Scrum Adventures and creator of the CaDoMi™ Agile Transformation Ecosystem. For more than 30 years, he has helped individuals, teams, leaders, and organizations navigate complex challenges through coaching, consulting, and training.

Known for his engaging, interactive, and practical teaching style, Sherman delivers both certified and customized Agile training virtually, in person, and on-site. His approach combines real-world experience with a passion for helping people discover their own path to agility. Through CaDoMi™, he leverages continuous feedback, experimentation, and learning to guide lasting organizational transformation.

Sherman holds numerous industry credentials, including CST®, CTC™, ICAgile Authorized Instructor, Training from the BACK of the Room Trainer (TBRT), PMI-ACP, and Scrum@Scale Practitioner. He has coached and mentored executives, leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and cross-functional teams across a wide range of industries.

When he's not coaching or teaching, Sherman enjoys spending time with family, caring for rescue animals, and playing soccer and basketball.
