Organizations today need the ability to continually adapt, learn, and improve. In my work, Scrum is one of the key ways I help people, teams, and organizations build that capability.
I work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, leaders, teams, and organizations to help them better understand Scrum, strengthen the skills and mindset needed to use it well, and improve how they work in practice. My focus is not on the mechanics of Scrum alone, but on a deeper understanding of how and why it works, and on the culture needed to unlock its full potential.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked with 15+ organizations, 50+ teams, and 100+ individuals across industries including IT, banking, telecom, pharma, marketing, and HR. I’ve also delivered 100+ trainings and workshops to more than 1,000 professionals. My background combines hands-on experience working on Scrum Teams as a Developer, Scrum Master, and Product Owner with years of supporting others as an Agile Coach through facilitation, training, coaching, and consulting.
As a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®), founder of 3F Agile Consulting, Better Change Fellow, and active member of the Agile community, I help people go beyond Scrum theory and understand what it takes to make Scrum work in real-world environments. My work also includes supporting Agile transformations and scaling through different approaches, always adapted to the specific context.
I’m especially interested in helping organizations build stronger internal capability by supporting Scrum roles, improving team collaboration, and creating the conditions for sustainable learning and adaptation.
