About
Brock Argue takes a whole-system view of agility, believing that when agile values and principles are applied thoughtfully, every part of an organization can thrive. With a background that bridges software development, leadership, and professional coaching, Brock brings a grounded and human-centered approach to transformation.
Over the past two decades, he’s supported agile journeys at organizations such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, WestJet Airlines, ADP, Suncor Energy, Benevity, and the Calgary Public Library. His work spans team coaching, leadership development, and building internal agile capabilities, always with a focus on creating environments where people can do their best work.
Brock is the co-founder of Superheroes Academy, where he provides coaching, mentoring, and certification programs for individuals and organizations. He’s a regular speaker at international conferences including Global Scrum Gatherings and Agile Alliance events.
Brock holds multiple certifications, including Certified Scrum Alliance Trainer (CSAT), Certified Enterprise Coach℠ (CEC), Certified Team Coach℠ (CTC), ICF-PCC, Leadership Maturity Coach™, and ICAgile Certified Coach (IC-ACC). He’s trained through CRR Global, the Vertical Development Academy, and ICAgile, and continues to mentor and support aspiring agile coaches.
