How I help individuals and teams get unstuck
Most teams don’t struggle because they lack skills or frameworks. They struggle because their thinking stays hidden, their assumptions go unchallenged, and they rush to solutions.
I help people and teams see the real problem, have better conversations, and turn ideas into impact.
My approach
My work focuses on building shared understanding, strengthening human skills, and helping groups navigate complexity with clarity and confidence, especially in product, leadership, and Agile contexts.
A distinctive part of how I work is visual storytelling. I often work visually in real time to make thinking visible, surface what’s really being said, and help groups see patterns, assumptions, and possibilities. This isn’t decoration. It’s communication.
Alongside this, I design and facilitate learning and change experiences that blend human skills, visual thinking, and practical product and Agile ways of working. The goal is always the same. Helping people think together without thinking the same and then act on what they decide.
