I first got introduced to Agile witihin the wonderful community of Agile Lean Europe by attending the first edition of ALE Unconference in Berlin, 2011. There I met people that would shape my formation as agilist and also there I got introduced first hand to the magic of the agile team activities: Open Space, Retrospective, Coding Dojo.
I started my Agile journey in 2012 looking forward to a new way of working within a forward looking organization (1&1 Internet AG). I took my CSM certification in 2013 and since then I had the chance to work with about 20 teams and coach them towards Agility.
I experimented various business environments, from integrated product development to dedicated team services and various industries: Internet Provider, Payment Services Provider, Artificial Intelligence, IT Services.
I got my LeSS Practitioner Certification in 2016 and worked for two companies in a LeSS environment. During 2019-2020, together with the Chief PO and CTO we desgined the transition to a LeSS approach with "One backlog" initiative at Textkernel.
In order to express my passion for Agile I got involved in many volunteer activities. I conducted the "Volunteers Sofa" of ALE2013 Unconference in Bucharest, recruiting and overseeing a crew of 25 volunteers for the 350 attendees Unconference.
In 2015 together with 2 fellows we founded Product Camp Bucharest (www.productcampbucharest.org), a bar-camp event inspired by attending Product Camp Amsterdam.
In 2016 I founded Agile Coach Camp Romania (www.agilecoachcamp.ro), inspired by the other Coach Camps in Europe, after attending Play4Agile event in Rückersbach, Germany. We held 3 editions in the mountains in the heart of Transylvania, with guest participants from Germany, the Netherlands and USA.
I am part of the Agile community in Bucharest (Agile Works Meetup) and initiated the Agile Games Meetup in Bucharest.
Since 2022 I am a Certified Team Coach (CTC) by Scrum Alliance
Since 2024 I am a Certified Scrum Alliance Trainer (CSAT) and am offering public trainings for Certified Agile Scaling Practitioner (CASP)
