Fred Mastropasqua is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and co-founder of ClearlyAgile, ranked on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing US companies. With over 30 years of IT leadership spanning Director of Application Development, Senior IT Manager, and Software Engineer roles, Fred bridges the gap between engineering depth and enterprise agile transformation.

Fred is one of a rare few practitioners actively operationalizing AI as a disciplined force multiplier inside live SDLC environments. His current enterprise engagements embed multi-model AI tooling, agent governance frameworks, and AI-powered PR review directly into software delivery, producing measurable 3-4x team throughput gains while maintaining strict data-handling and human-in-the-loop review standards.
