Vibhu Srinivasan is the founder of Vertacore.co, a specialized training organization focused on product engineering. With a strong emphasis on the ablities teams need to build award winning products, Vertacore prioritizes a people-first approach in all its endeavors. As a certified Scrum Trainer since 2011, Vibhu has been instrumental in delivering various programs, including Leadership Training, Product Engineering Bootcamps, and courses for Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), A-CSPO, CAL etc. 
He has trained over 10000 people across USA, India. 

As a seasoned technology leader, his classes are renowned for their practical approach and engaging hands-on experiences. They provide students with a deeper grasp of the underlying concepts, enabling them to acquire immediately applicable skills that set them apart from day one.

### Agile Journey

Vibhu embarked on his agile journey in 2006 when he launched Agilefaq.net, an agile-focused blog that has garnered attention and readership worldwide. Prior to his tenure at Accenture, he was a managing director at SolutionsIQ, the largest pure-play Agile consulting firm, which was acquired by Accenture in mid-2017. During his time at SolutionsIQ, he expertly navigated clients through the complexities of business agility. Over the years, his influence has helped organizations like GE Healthcare, Alcatel-Lucent, various groups within Microsoft, PayPal, JP Morgan, McKinsey, ABB, JDA, and many more embrace agile methodologies.

Vibhu's personal agile journey began in 1998 as a developer creating real-time systems with C++ on Unix. This hands-on experience enhanced his understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, test-driven development, use cases, and user stories.

### Contributions to the Agile Community

He has led product management workshops at the esteemed Northwestern University as part of their Master’s in Engineering Management program. Vibhu is well-regarded for fostering a deeper understanding of agile practices through conferences, meetups like the Seattle Scrum User Group, events, and webinars. He frequently shares insights from his own agile journey, underscoring the significance of adaptability in both professional and family life.

Over the years, Vibhu has chaired numerous agile conferences, including the XP Conference India, the Regional Scrum Gathering India 2017, the Lean India Summit, and the Agile Leadership Summit.
