As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and Certified Team Coach (CTC) specializing in Scrum and Extreme Programming, I bring over 20 years of experience working exclusively with Agile software development teams. Since 2001, I've partnered with organizations like Microsoft, Capital One, Oracle, Thoughtworks, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers ... and I was one of the first 30 Scrum trainers worldwide.

But credentials only matter if they translate into a better experience for you. What sets my courses apart is a participant-centric approach: it's not
about me, it's about you. I deliver essential principles, methods, and practices through a blend of exercises, games, and discussions. Rigorous enough to prepare you for real work, engaging enough that you'll actually enjoy it.

Before Agile, I spent a decade as a software developer and project manager running Waterfall and RUP projects (Java, Smalltalk, and more). That background gives me a practical understanding of the challenges teams face when transitioning — from code quality and self-organization to delivering within a sprint. I don't just teach Scrum theory; I help you apply it on Monday morning.
