Nick Myers

I’m an expert project manager with ScrumMaster and PRINCE2 practitioner status and over 10 years experience of managing high performance teams in delivery of multi-million pound enterprise technology projects to the public and private sectors with key emphasis on web based technologies and relationship management. 

My expertise and capability extend beyond the essential project management skills, and cover the full project lifecycle from assessing and evaluating the need for investment through effective change management to managing return on investment and business benefit realisation. My experience also extends into detailed work in information architecture, user experience design, software and hardware architecture and test management. 

My key areas of exposure and success have been in managing large bespoke software development and packaged software implementation projects, and in managing governance, communication and expectation with senior management teams, up to CxO level. I have had extensive experience of managing multi-region, multi-cultural teams in difficult and restrictive organisational and technical environments. I also have suc-cessfully recovered a number of distressed and failing major projects. 

I pride myself in my ability to create cross-organisational teams that share ownership, align with strategy and work together to achieve goals and maintain a high level of quality and integrity in delivery.
