Elmar Jobs is a freelance consultant with focus on complex IT- and business-processes in telecommunications, automotive, transport&tourism. He has a Ph.D. degree in computational physics that gives him some deeper understanding of the structure of complex dynamical systems.
Elmar's claim is "Agility is not a method, but a philosophy", which expresses his believe that one has to change the mindset when trying to adopt agile principles. In analogy to martial arts, he defines the "Way of the Agile Warrior" where you cannot become a true master without first following the rules very strictly, gaining more and more insight and only then slowly finding your own way.
