About
Michelle has a diverse work background, including that of a Naval Nuclear Engineer and thirteen years in sales and sales management. She has collaborated with divisional directors across multiple regions to execute projects and create cross-functional marketing strategies. Among other projects, she has led a successful implementation of a CRM/ATS system, HRIS Recruiting & Onboarding Modules, and Loan Operating System Portal. She has led teams to design and create the processes and procedures to align with best practices, and training programs.
During her tenure at Credit Human Federal Credit Union, she obtained her Six Sigma Green Belt certification to boost her process improvement skills and augmented her leadership and employee relationship skills. She appreciates root cause analysis and streamlining processes to minimize bottlenecks, eliminate redundancies, and removing barriers make life easier for the teams to do their work as efficiently and effectively as viable with an iterative approach.
Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Incarnate Word and is pursuing her MBA with a Project Management Concentration with the University of Texas San Antonio. She has two children and the youngest graduates in 2024. Michelle stays active through a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, kayaking, and camping.
