Nick has spent the last 20 years developing a high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and dedicating himself to serving others in the military, as a first responder, and now in business. He has had the priviledge to serve and lead the most courageous people in difficult situations, inspired teams to improvise, adapt and overcome, and and assisted in re-launching failed initiatives. Currently, helping sharp individuals multiply their effort as a productive cross-functional team to improve overall output in the financial technology industry. He has worked in the Agile community since 2019.
