Calvetta Phair is President of America's Workforce Solution, LLC (AWS) - an SBA 8(a), Economic Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), that provides strategic, innovative, and enterprising staffing solutions to assist in collaborative methods for serving the needs of our nation’s individuals, businesses and government entities. Primary services provide recruitment and staff augmentation for DoD Prime Companies, and the private/public sectors to include diverse groups nationwide as well as collaborative partnerships for hiring transitional Military / Veteran personnel.

Passionate about her clients’ needs in relation to implementing a strategic staffing and recruitment plan for obtaining qualified candidates and staying within budget; Ms. Phair utilizes her knowledge and expertise in relationship building providing innovative Agile processes for workforce development, apprenticeship programs, and staffing objectives.  Ms. Phair is seeking a DoD Mentor with Prime and/or contracting opportunities with small businesses to grow her 'social-enterprise and innovative model' to “Put America Back to Work’ - MVP ReferAll.US! 

Ms. Phair is also the Founder of 'The On It Foundation'. The non-profit is the Charitable Giving Partner of AWS. The On It Foundation is a National 501(c)(3) public non-profit whose mission is dedicated to providing free computers and 22nd Century skill sets with STEM/STEAM education for low-income families with students in grades K-12 that receive free or reduced school lunch, attend a public/home school and reside within the United States.
