Ms. Blakeman is a curious, strategic, thought leader passionate about developing profitable businesses through effective relationship building, team leadership and impactful collaboration with colleagues across enterprises, including international organizations.  She has the unique ability to instantly connect dots, communicate, and bring order to chaos while helping others understand, adapt to, adopt and integrate change.  Her ability to drive for results spans 20+ years’ experience in which more than $25m bottom line impact through transformational efforts in strategic management consulting, insurance, healthcare, financial services, & banking industries.

Ms. Blakeman is passionate about leadership and earned Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Ford Motor Company along with Black and Green Belts.  Her commitment to life-long learning is evidenced by her academic accomplishments, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL), Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Management (Magna Cum Laude), and a certificate in Telecommunications Management. 

As a developer of leaders, Ms. Blakeman is an active member of University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO)’ Supply Chain Program Industry Advisory Board + College of Saint Mary’s Business College Industry Advisory Boards, UNO’s College of Business Administration’s Organizational Strategy Capstone Case Study Competition, and developed and delivered numerous Six Sigma organizational educational offerings in multiple countries (US, Canada, & Asia Pacific).  Ms. Blakeman has also served as adjunct faculty at prestigious learning institutes, including University of Nebraska at Omaha, College of Saint Mary and AIM Institute.
