I am an Agile practitioner passionate about values and principles that drive effective practices and deliver real-world results. I help people and organizations increase their effectiveness in and through agility.
I have used several agile approaches to help a variety of teams improve outcomes, including those in software development, call center operations, organizational management, laboratories, and beyond. I have helped organizations in life-sciences, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, clinical research, legal, ideation, financial services, and more.
I am shaping the Agile practices of the teams and organizations I serve. I recently added CSP-SM® accreditation to my certifications, which also include A-CSM, CAL-E®, CAL-O®, CAL-T®, (now CAL-1), ALJ-Aware®, CSM®, and CSPO®. I have served as Scrum Master for multiple high-performing teams. Recently, I developed a Business and Leadership Agility initiative to help leaders be more effective both individually and in shaping our organizational constructs.
