José Sandoval Noreña

Jose es un entusiasta por el trabajo con métodos ágiles, con más de 4 años de experiencia en proyectos de software y más de 6 años en proyectos de diferente índole, cree firmemente en el poder del trabajo en equipo y los grandes resultados que produce la gente altamente motivada y que está feliz en su trabajo.

Ha co-entrenado con Heitor Roriz (CST) varios cursos CSM y CSPO, también ha realizado talleres para empresas que desean adoptar Scrum y ha dado charlas sobre su experiencia trabajando con Scrum para eventos organizados por el capítulo Ecuador del PMI, Agile Tour y otros.

Deportista de montaña, corredor de ultratrails y recientemente incursionando en el mundo del triatlón, aplica también Scrum para sus entrenamientos desde hace  ya 2 años.

Jose is an enthusiast for working with agile methods, with over 4 years experience in software projects and more than 6 years in projects of different kind, believes in the power of teamwork and the great results it produces people highly motivated and are happy in his work.

He has co-trained with Heitor Roriz (CST) several CSM and CSPO courses, has also conducted workshops for companies wishing to adopt Scrum and has spoken about his experience working with Scrum at events organized by PMI Ecuador Chapter, Agile Tour and others.

Mountain Athlete, UltraTrail runner and recently entering the world of triathlon, Scrum also applies to his workouts since the past two years.
