Helio Oliveira

Career developed in Information Technology, with extensive experience in the management of technical teams, technical project management, IT strategy definition and governance, with history of achieving cost savings and enhancing overall performance for IT teams.

Strong performance constructing internal partnerships and acting as the interface between Business and IT areas, optimizing communication, meeting the needs and ensuring client satisfaction with IT projects and operations.

Responsible for implementing important processes of IT governance based on ITIL, COBIT and PMI methodologies, including  methodology for corporate support services. Worked as project manager for large projects, such as the migration of servers to an external host service on IBM, build corporate support services for Brazil, Argentina and Chile, implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM tool and the definition of management mechanisms for printing and telephony services outsourcing.

Graduated in Systems Analysis at PUC Campinas, with specialization in Computer Networks at Unicamp and post-graduate (MBA) in Information Technology Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Advanced English, with specialization in England, and advanced Spanish.
