I work as a Visual Design Specialist at the Enterprise learning Solutions (ELS) Business unit of NIIT located in New Delhi, India. ELS is the e-learning development division of NIIT, the Number-1 IT training company in Asia. In various roles at NIIT, I have developed e-learning modules, CBTs, WBTs, ILTs and did media production, project management, Account Management, Media Consulting, Corporate Communications and lead various project teams.

Having graduated in Science in 1988, I have worked with the quality inspection company SGS for two years and then with Air Force Institute for three years. Joined NIIT in 1995 as a Media Executive and moved on to the roles of, Project Manager, Production Manager and Senior Project Manager before reaching the current role. I am a communication design specialist in core skills and in this capacity managed company’s knowledge portal www.tecknowpark.com and published a monthly news bulletin for two years. I was the producer, content manager and editor of the portal and bulletin. I still manage the publication of company’s employee news letter. I have designed training programs, presentations and publicity material for a varied client base, in varied subject areas. I also have many years of experience working with business partners and outsource vendors.
