Fabrice Wegner

For more than 10 years I have been developing new products for digital businesses. Being introduced to Agile Methods at FriendScout24 in 2008, I was taken by the principles and results on my colleagues as well as our business. Luckily, I've been Product Owner in the first Sprint after transforming the whole organization. With some minor hickups, together with 2 other teams, we managed to deliver a website relaunch right on time.

Becoming freelancer in 2010 I worked in different team and business setups and could sharpen my focus on team-driven innovation. During that time, I realized that not only PM/IT should benefit from agility and started to support the more broader agile movements like Management 3.0, Stoos and intrinsify.me.

From 2014 to 2016 I went after new business opportunites for gutefrage.net and created web and mobile apps. We've been working in a small team that that applied agile and lean techniques. 

From 2016 to 2021, I worked for Deloitte Digital and helped clients to realize new business ideas.

Since 2021 I am with Schaeffler as Senior Digital Innovation Manager.
